Milestones, Tasks and Obligations: contract ‘activities’ are managed using a powerful Workflow engine that responds to events defined as part of the contract and escalates issues automatically to warn and prevent breaches.
Document Management: the document library provides a secure storage area for the contract and related documents. Access is through a secure logon and a security subsystem ensures that only authorised personnel can access appropriate documents.
Inspections and Audits: log and track site inspections and audits including Environmental, VOSA, planning enforcement, ISO and HSE. The system also includes the ability to log and manage performance metrics.
Complaints and issues: the system enables the logging, managing and reporting of complaints and issues regarding the facility.
System Auditing: the system is highly flexible and provides a one-stop-solution for contract managers. Any changes to the system are monitored and audited providing vested parties with the necessary assurances..
