PILOT PROCESSING

LIVE HANDHOLDING 

To ensure a smooth transition on the live date, Crimson will offer to place a number of consultants on site to provide one to one coaching on the new system, in addition to troubleshooting any problems that may occur on the first days of running the new solution.

POST IMPLEMENTATION REVIEW 

Whilst the live date is a major focus for the implementation, our implementation services do not stop there. Once the system is ‘up and running’ we will review the effectiveness and fit of the new solution and processes and make adjustments where necessary under Change Control Management.
