Microsoft CRM User Training
Based on the Microsoft Official Curriculum (MOC) our training courses cover all of the Microsoft CRM modules including:
- CRM Overview - covering basic navigation, Outlook client and integration, CRM basic concepts.
- Sales Module - this course covers the basics of the Sales Module including Lead Management, Opportunity Management, Sales Pipeline, Sales Process and analysis.
- Marketing Module - this course covers the basics of the Marketing module including Campaign Budgeting and Planning, Campaign Management and Campaign Performance Analysis. This course also covers email and document production as part of the execution of the campaign.
- Customer Service Module - this course covers the basic help desk features and functions of the CRM system including contract templates for Service Level Agreements, case records for recording customer-related issues or problems and Case Management including analysis and reporting.
- Technical Administration Course - this course is aimed at Technical Administrators of the system (DBA-type level) and includes creating and managing Users, Business Units, Teams, Security, and Views.
- Customisation Training - this course covers the basic concepts of using and managing the customisation of the Microsoft CRM application including the ability to modify dropdown picklist values, modify the end-user forms.
- Development Training - using the Microsoft Official Curriculum course as a guide for this course, we can offer a complete training course around the client-side javascript model for enhancing and modifying the standard behaviour of the application and further indepth programmic training using the XML Web Services and SDK architecture.
- Report Writing Training - using SQL Reporting Services as its back-end reporting engine, Microsoft CRM reports can be easily built and configured after attending this course. It includes developing basic reports to writing sophisticated context-sensitive drilldown reports with graphs.
SharePoint Training
Based on the Microsoft Official Curriculum (MOC) we have developed a number of training courses to enable you to implement Windows SharePoint Services or Microsoft Office SharePoint Server including:
- Implementing Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services- this course is a combination of a number of topics including an introduction to the technology, planning the infrastructure for the implementation, deploying the solution, administration of Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services and customising and securing the solution.
- Collaboration using Microsoft Windows SharePoint Services- this course provides delegates with an insight into the collaboration aspects of Windows SharePoint Services including document management, wikis, blogs, workflow and authorisation, project management and an overview of the solution templates available from Microsoft.
- Implementing Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007- this course provides an overview of the features of MOSS compared with WSS and includes planning, deployment and administration of the product. In addition, we offer additional modules including the implementation of content management solutions, use of business forms and using MOSS for business intelligence.
