The personal data we collect via this website includes your name, email address, subject of enquiry and optional message. We collect this solely for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and it is used to allocate your enquiry to the most appropriate person at Crimson to initiate contact and fulfil your information requirements.

Where your enquiry turns into genuine business potential, Crimson will use the personal information provided as the basis for more detailed records during the ongoing sales engagement. Once this is concluded or where the enquiry does not progress, the personal data collected is not retained for any processing purposes other than aggregate statistical reporting. At no time is any of the data collected shared with third parties and it is stored within the EU at all times.

On occasions and for specific purposes regarding attendance at Crimson Events, we may ask you to provide additional information via a separate web form. This will only be used for this specific purpose and will be treated with the same governance and security as outlined above.
