Crimson Consultants is owned and managed by its 3 Partner/Directors. These senior staff have a wealth and breadth of experience in the software industry and in a number of key market sectors.
Crimson was born out of a desire by the partners to develop a consultative-based company providing solutions which would form the basis of a long term relationship with its clients. The words understanding, trust and relationship are important to Crimson and its whole business ethos is built upon these core values. The aim is to deliver client satisfaction and successful business outcomes on the basis that this will ensure a mutually successful on-going business engagement.
Gary is a founding partner and shareholder of Crimson and has over 25 years’ experience in the computer industry ranging from software development, quality management and post-sales project implementation. Having a formal development management background gained through his first post at Ferranti International in 1984, Gary has experience in delivering ERP and CRM solutions to mid and large sized organisations from both the public and private sector. Gary has implemented management systems up to the ISO9001 Quality Standard.
Gary’s main responsibilities are on operations and he focuses most of his time on the delivery of services to Crimson customers and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the engagement.
John is a partner and shareholder of Crimson and has over 25 years’ experience of solution sales based around CRM and ERP with management and board level experience working for Tribal Group PLC and Unit 4 Agresso.
John’s diverse experience of direct sales, channel marketing and partnering has allowed Crimson to grow rapidly in its key business areas. John is responsible for all commercial aspects including sales, marketing, HR and external relations.
Lee is a founding partner and shareholder of Crimson with 20 years’ experience in IT and over 10 years’ experience in delivering CRM solutions. Lee began his career in software design and development, moving on through development management and later working with CRM in a consultancy role. Lee has designed and implemented varied solutions from financial management solutions, social housing solutions, student management solutions and CRM solutions. Having worked with small, mid and large sized organisations in both the private and public sector Lee brings a wealth of design experience to his projects.
Lee is responsible for the product management of Crimson Dynamics and works with the development team from a design perspective and with the professional services team on a consultancy and analysis basis. Lee is ultimately responsible in ensuring that all Crimson’s solutions are designed to a high technical standard and delivering functionality the market requires.
