University of Northampton chooses Crimson to upgrade existing CRM system in the Cloud.

One of the youngest universities in the UK, Northampton is one of few to be ranked Gold in the UK Government’s Teaching Excellence Framework. The University has won awards for its social impact and was the first UK University to be named as a Changemaker Campus in 2012.

Over the past 18 months the University has been reviewing its options and has selected Crimson to upgrade the existing system by deploying Microsoft Dynamics 365 in the Cloud along with Crimson’s range of functionally specific Accelerators. CRM is used in many areas of university life and Crimson offers an Accelerator for all of these functional areas.

Deborah Mattock, Director of Marketing and Human Resources at the University of Northampton, said: “Universities have somewhat unique requirements when it comes to relationship management as our networks are extremely diverse. Because of our pre-existing relationship with Crimson, we were confident they could deliver a system with enhanced functionality to ensure our teams can manage their contacts in a streamlined way”.
