Crimson is pleased to enclose details of its first ever User Day which was held at the University of Warwick conference centre on Tuesday 5th June. The theme for the day was “Empower your Staff-Inspire your Customers” and, together with selected Partner organisations, Crimson outlined a range of ways in which it can help education institutions to achieve both of these goals.
The event consisted of a series break-out sessions, repeated throughout the day, covering different topics all related to empowering staff and increasing customer satisfaction. Each session adopted a workshop style and delegates were able to select up to 4 presentations to attend during the day.
The consensus was that the day was a success and the delegate feedback form analysis shows an overall satisfaction rating for the day of just over 85%.
