Successful CRM implementation has brought recognition for University CRM Team

In November 2018 we reported how the University of Hertfordshire went live with a new CRM solution from Crimson Consultants, in place of a previous system, to support its business engagement and innovation activities.

Dr Philip Fiddaman, Deputy Director of Business Development at Hertfordshire could not conceal his pleasure with the project when commenting – “It has been a great pleasure working with Crimson and I look forward to working with you on Phase 2 of the CRM project”.

The CRM Project Team at the University is also due much credit as since that time it has been nominated for the University Team of the Year Award and the Business Impact Award!

In addition, the University team has been invited to present how it uses CRM at the pan-London D365 User Group later this year. The invitation to University of Hertfordshire to present how it uses CRM to support its business engagement activities is an endorsement of the success they have achieved with the Crimson Dynamics solution.
