University of York goes live with its Crimson solution for student enquiry management

It was almost 3 years ago that the University decided that it needed a CRM system to support the pre-application phase of the student lifecycle and chose Crimson Consultants to assist with the implementation of a solution based on Microsoft Dynamics in the cloud.

The University has now gone live with the second phase, which has taken longer than expected, largely because the scope of work kept expanding! Roxanne Pendlebury, Head of Admissions explains. “With open day management live, the next step was to focus on student enquiry management. Just as we were about to go live, GDPR came along so we decided to implement Crimson’s solution which assists us with our compliance processes.”
